Who is Juliet Clark?

Juliet Clark began her career in publishing, which led her to advertising where she began working for popular agencies such as; the billion-dollar Nissan Account and Mattel Toys. In 2008, Juliet wrote her first book and before she knew it she was writing her third. It was an international best-seller reaching #38 on the Amazon bestsellers list, wedged between Sue Grafton and Janet Evanovich. Though writing was enjoyable, Juliet discovered that self-publishing rarely served the author’s best interests. In 2010, she founded the publishing company Winsome Media Group. Her mission was to help non-fiction authors understand how to build a platform, sales, marketing funnels, and visibility in the marketplace for their books and businesses. In 2015, Winsome Media expanded to assist authors, coaches, speakers, and small businesses to build funnels with a proprietary system that allowed for more lead generation and revenue growth.

Juliet is a mother of two fabulous kids. She has a black belt in Taekwondo, but sadly had to give it up due to injuries. In the end, Juliet does not regret it. Taekwondo taught her discipline and growth.

Embarrassing Moment!

One day Juliet was rollerblading by the beach with her bathing suit on. All of a sudden she tripped and a whole bunch of people rushed over to help her up. Juliet thought “how nice,” until she realized her top had fallen off. Now she wears a t-shirt when she goes rollerblading.

How can I generate more leads for my business? I need business minded people.

There are plenty of ways to generate leads online and they are just waiting to explore them and take them to the next level. As a CEO of a medium size company, I know how hard it is nowadays to acquire new clients and to find the best target group, which needs you will fit.

Use your existing resources

Start with what you already have. In your previous marketing actiities, you’ve certainly created interesting, useful materials such as articles, blog posts, presentations, case studies, infographics, materials related to the internet campaign … why not use them? Collect all materials and think about how you can modify, refine, update, combine them to increase their value for the recipient.

Prepare landing pages

Remember that the visitor evaluates your landing page in just a few seconds. Your task is to do everything possible to interest him and answer his question. This is why it is so important to properly develop a landing page so that it is not only attractive, but also optimized in terms of conversion for a given query of the recipient.

There is no one golden rule or template here that will work in every situation, in every industry and campaign.

CTA

Remember how important it is to have a good call to action on it. It has to be straightforward and visible when your visitor might want to click on it. It might be “request demo”, “check how it works” or “subscribe the newsletter” but remember to give just one, not to make someone confused. It also has to be marked as the goal in your Google Analytics – to help you track your conversions.

Juliet’s Response 

Juliet: I agree, but without a marketing plan all of the content you chose will be for nothing if you don’t know where you are leading your customers and how you are going to build a one-on-one relationship with them. You can’t have a bunch of content without a marketing plan!

  • The Call-to-Action (CTA) is really important. How we generate more leads is with Assessment Marketing. This is where you get people to take quizzes, which will gather information about your potential consumer and give you the ability to drive them into conversations.
  • Quiz’s are better than a general lead magnet where you give people an e-book or diagram, it’s not fun. With todays short attention spans no one will bother to look.

Juliet: The more you know your audience the more you create connections and the more you know what they need. That is why we have the Assessment System.

Know your customers!!!

Steps-to-Marketing

  1. Understand who this product is for.
  2. Create an assessment.
  3. Market the product.
  4. Connect with your consumers ALWAYS!

 

What does Biz4good mean to you? 

Juliet: Making ethical offers to the appropriate people and not trying to sell products to those who don’t need it. And being able to recognize the standard and boundaries for those that don’t need it. You are not successful until your customers are satisfied and if their not, you are to blame, not them.

 

Action Challenge

Social media is valuable, until the platform your using goes out of business and your account is wiped along with all your contacts… it is really important to have an email list of all your clients, sponsors, and anyone who is important to your business. Once you have that list no one can take it away from you.
