Amanda Parramoure has been binding books since 2007, but as she got out into the community and saw people’s eyes light up when she told them about her craft, she knew she had to get them involved somehow. Fast forward to 2016 when she began crafting high quality leather journals and forming workshops in her local community in Eau Claire, WI.
Since then, as she saw people’s eyes light up more and more, she was hooked on the customization aspect of the journals and has continued to add more fun features to them, while keeping an uncompromising commitment to quality.
Now a mother of 3 in the beautiful Utah Valley, Amanda has made it My Leather Legacy’s mission to bring as many people as possible into the fascinating world of book arts. We love packing up the kids and bringing our tent and product to local community events or businesses to meet our neighbors. You may find us throwing a workshop at a local business, or community event where you can sit down and pick out all the things that will make your journal or sketchbook unique and we will walk you through sewing it together. All to see that light in your eyes shine as you hold up a complete, personalized product crafted to last a lifetime.
